Description
The effect of fast neutron irradiation in the range of fluences 5x1017-1x1019 cm-2 and subsequent isochronous annealing on the temperature of superconducting transition Tc and second critical field Hc2 of La1.83Sr0.17CuO4 compound is investigated. It is ascertained that irradiation decreases Tc from 37.5 K to 1.7 K. Annealing results in Tc increase, starting from 400 deg C, and in Tc restoration at 800 deg C
