Analysis of structure and properties of Co58Ni10Fe5B16Si11 coatings produced by plasma deposition on aluminium substrate
Description
Methods of thermal differential analysis, optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to investigate structure and properties of plasma coatings of amorphous magnetically soft cobalt base alloy 71KNSR. A comparison of coatings and initial amorphous ribbons used for plasma spraying revealed the absence of the region corresponding to supercooled liquid, a crystallization temperature decrease by 6 deg C and a decrease of enthalpy of crystallization at the first stage from 89 down to 81 mJ/mg. 2 refs.; 1 fig
