Creators
Description
The topic, energy estimates, is approached from the viewpoint of producers of non-renewable energy raw materials. The authors are concerned with what can be and is being done in Southern Africa. A table is given of the planned capital and research expenditure in the energy field in South Africa for 1974-1984. The authors emphasize the importance of intelligent action on the part of governments in the development of a set of value judgement criteria which provides a reasoned balance between the needs of the present and the future
