Study of interaction of fine-dispersed magnetic powder particles with magnetic field and ultrasound
Creators
Description
Aimed to developed a new high-efficiency technology of powder magnets production a study was made into combined effects of magnetic field and ultrasonic radiation on structure formation and properties of fine-dispersed magnetic powders (Ba-Sr ferrite) during compacting and sintering. An equation connecting particle properties with parameters of ultrasonic waves and magnetic field is derived. A consideration is given to the possibility of creating a fluidized bed state for the powder inside a die mold. 4 refs
