X-ray diffraction study of laminated system RexNb1-xSe2

Description

The paper deals with the results of X-ray diffraction investigations of RexNb1-xSe2 system, where niobium atoms are subsequently replaced by rhenium atoms in the range of concentrations 0≤x≤0.5. Investigations of magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistance, heat capacity, superconducting critical parameters of RexNb1-xSe2 system at x≤0.5 in the temperature interval from 4.5 to 300 K give the foundation to exclude the possibility of superlattice or superstructure formation in the given system
