High field galvanomagnetic transport properties of Sb2Te3 and p-type Bi2Te3

Description
Galvanomagnetic experiments were carried out in strong magnetic fields with magnetic induction up to 10 T. Magneto-resistivity coefficients and Hall coefficients were measured in dependence on magnetic fields and temperature. From the saturation values of Hall coefficients rho123 for 78 K the charge carrier concentration p and the phenomenological mobility μ11 were calculated
