Bone and joint scintiscanning in rheumatology
Description
Two methods are recommended for scintiscanning in rheumatologie, i.e. three-phase joint, scintiscanning and two-phase joint scintiscanning. The two methods are explained and compared with a view to their diagnostic value. (orig.)

Zur Erfassung sowohl der synovialistischen Hyperaemie als auch der Gebiete des vermehrten Knochenumbaus bei rheumatischen Gelenkerkrankungen koennen zwei Verfahren empfohlen werden: Die Drei-Phasen-Gelenkszintigraphie und die Zwei-Phasen-Gelenkszintigraphie. Beide werden erlaeutert, ihre Anwendung bei verschiedenen rheumatischen Krankheitsbildern wird dargestellt. Der Stellenwert der Verfahren in der Diagnostik dieser Krankheitsbilder wird eroertert.
