Description

Consider the electrical resistance rn(p) of a hypercubic bond lattice [0, n]d in Zd, where the bonds have resistance 1Ω with probability p or ∞ with probability 1-p. Let ρn(p) = n2-drn(p) and ρ(p) = limn→∞ ρn(p). It is well known that ρ(p) < ∞ if p > pc and ρ(p) = ∞ if p < pc, where pc is the percolation threshold. Here we show that ρ(pc) = ∞, and limp↓pc ρ(p) - ρ(pc) = ∞
