Investigation of series of superconducting magnet systems for gyrotron's plasma heating in TOKAMAK T-15
- 1. Electrotechnical Institute-Electro-Physical Research Centre-Slovak Academy of Sciences, Bratislava
Description
A superconducting magnet system for high frequency gyrotron to produce 2,5 mm wave radiation source has been designed. The system consists of superconducting split pair coil providing 5 T stable magnetic field with defined axial field profile, two warm correcting coils, cryostat and computer controlled power unit for supplying superconducting and warm coils. Series of these systems are produced for plasma heating experiments in the fusion devices TOKAMAK T-10 and T-15. The design, construction and testing results are presented
