California ampersand Nebraska plans for future operations
Description
The California and Nebraska low-level waste facility development projects represent the leading candidates for successful development, licensing and operations of new disposal facilities under the Low-Level Waste Policy Act in the United States. This paper discusses the schedules for start-up and compares those schedules to other regional facilities and Compact plans. Additionally, the projected cost for operations in California and Nebraska are compared to other regional facilities
