Liberalized green market a tricky business

Description

The market for green electricity will be fully liberalized sooner than the market for grey electricity. However, for the time being, the old electricity suppliers will remain responsible for the supply. The question arises as to how they can be forced to cooperate and if consumers are sufficiently protected against failures by or the bankruptcy of a new green supplier
