Size of a #betta#-ray burster optical emitting region

Description
New limits are set on the quiescent optical and infrared flux of the 19 November 1978 #betta#-ray burster. Measurement of the optical flux during outburst is used to place a lower limit on the size of the optical emitting region. (U.K.)
