Probability of state preparation using local pure operations

Description
In this study, a nonlocal phenomenon of pure states of a bipartite system is demonstrated. A pure state can be prepared from a pure state with maximal Schmidt number by using local pure operations on a subsystem. Nevertheless, the maximal probability of successful preparation depends on the reduced states in the other subsystem.
