Optimization and obtention of the kits used in nuclear medicine: I -dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA)

Description

The study of the Lyophylization time for a dimercaptosuccinic acid kit produced by the Laboratory of Radiopharmacy of the Integrated Program for Imagenology of the National Cancer Fighting Campaign, has shown that a long time for it does not been necessary. The determination of the residual mass in different Lyophylization times has suggested 3.0 hours for Lyophylizate this kit. It has been observed that the scannings carried out in different Centers of Nuclear Medicine at Rio de Janeiro State, are similar with the ones obtained from kits manufactured by national and international laboratories.
