Anomalies of thermal conductivity and thermal expansion of PZT-based ferroelectric ceramics

Description
The heat conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients of the ferropiezoceramics on the basis of the Pb(Ti, Zr)O3 lead zirconate-titanate are studied within the temperature range of 300-900 K. The obtained results obviously demonstrate the complex character of the thermophysical properties of the PZT-based ferroelectric ceramics, which consists in the anomalous behaviour of the heat conductivity and thermal expansion coefficients in the area of the ferroelectric phase with the tetragonal-rhombohedral structure

Исследованы коэффициенты теплопроводности и теплового расширения сегнетопьезокерамики на основе твердых растворов цирконата-титаната свинца Pb(Ti, Zr)O3 в области температур 300-900 K. Полученные результаты наглядно демонстрируют сложный характер теплофизических свойств сегнетокерамики ЦТС, который заключается в аномальном поведении коэффициентов теплопроводности и теплового расширения в области сегнетоэлектрической фазы с тетрагонально-ромбоэдрической структуройAdditional details
