Detector of time coupling to the moment of charged particle flight
Description
Two-electrode capacitive detector of charged particles is described. Detector spatial resolution is improved due to operation attachment to the moment of transition through zero-level of signal difference from two electrodes. Noise of electron circuit is ∼10-15 C, particles with charge ∼1014 C are detected without false responses. Losses of particle with diameters >50 μm in one detector do not exceed several per cents
