Some biochemistry characteristics of soja (Glycine Max.L.) Tshibashi and its two mutants

Description

Two mutants of a variety of soybeans (Thibashi) obtained by neutron irradiation in a reactor have been compared to their parents for their proteins and lipids contents. Analysis have been made by a modified micro-kjedhal method for proteins and by gaz chromatography for lipids converted into methylic esters. A slight lysine and hyptidine increase and a slight linolenic acid decrease are observed in the two mutants
