A study of cobalt (II) and nickel (II) complexes with Schiff-bases derived from hormonal steroid mesterolone (Proviron)
Description
Mesterolone derived Schiff-base ligands N-(2-mesterolonylmethylene) 2-aminophenol(1), N-(mesterolonylmethylene)2, 6-diaminopyridine (2) and N-(2-mesterolonylmethylene) 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole (3) and their cobalt (II) complexes have been synthesised and characterised on the basis of their elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, electronic and IR spectral data.
