Method to change the boric acid concentration in the coolant of nuclear reactors and equipment for carrying out this method
Description
The method to change the boric acid concentration in the coolant of nuclear reactors which can be controlled by using ion exchangers, may be improved according to the invention, by passing the coolant several times through the ion exchanger and, prior to adding the coolant to the ion exchanger, by alternately cooling and warming it. A device in which this method can be performed is described. (UWI)

Das Verfahren zur Aenderung der Borsaeurekonzentration im Kuehlmittel von Kernreaktoren, die durch Einsatz von Ionenaustauschern gesteuert werden kann, laesst sich dadurch verbessern, dass das Kuehlmittel erfindungsgemaess mehrfach ueber den Ionenaustauscher geleitet wird und dabei vor seiner Zufuehrung zum Ionenaustauscher abwechselnd gekuehlt und erwaermt wird. Eine Vorrichtung, in der dieses Verfahren durchgefuehrt werden kann, wird beschrieben. (UWI)Files
