In the work for calculation of additional energy ΔW acquiring by ions, charge q and mass m during passing through single lense the formula for the potential distribution on the axis was used. With using of this formula the optimization of the single lense regime in the capacity of radiofrequency mass spectrometer analyzer was carried out
