''In vivo'' and ''in vitro'' studies on 2,6-diisopropyl phenylcarboylmethyl iminodiacet acid labelled with99mTc (disida-99mTc)

Description

The ''in vivo'' and ''in vitro'' studies on DISIDA-99mTc at the hepatobiliary level were made. The binding of DISIDA-99mTc to plasmatic proteins and the fraction at which this binding occurs were determined. The distribution coefficient in n-octanol/saline solution was 0.41 showing the lipophilicity of the compound. The images in rats show the biological distribution as well as the hepatobiliary clearance of the radiopharmaceutical under its unmetabolized form. (author)

Abstract (Portuguese)

Foi realizado um estudo ''in vivo'' e ''in vitro'' do DISIDA-99mTc a nivel hepatobiliar. Avaliou-se a ligacao as proteinas plasmaticas e a que fracao ocorre esta ligacao. O coeficiente de particao em n-octanol/sol. salina foi de 0,41 demostrando a lipofilicidade do composto. As imagens obtidas em ratos indicam o comportamento de distribuicao biologica assim como a eliminacao do radiofarmaco na forma inalterada a nivel hepatobiliar. (autor)
