Effect of heat treatment on the resistance of transition contacts at interfaces between single crystals of solid solutions of the Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 and Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 systems and of the alloys of Bi with Sn and Bi with Sb

Description

The effect of heat treatment at 120 deg C on the resistance of transition contacts rc at the interface between single crystals of solid solutions of the Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 and Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 systems and of the Bi-Sn and Bi-Sb alloys has been investigated. It is shown that the effect of one and the same impurity atoms on electric conductivity of the crystals of solid solutions of Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 and Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 systems is different, due to which heat treatment has different effect on rc of the given solid solutions
