Phase composition and electric conductivity of LaNiO3-LaCoO3 system specimens

Description
To clarify the possibilities of preparing high-conductive oxide material, stable in the air up to high temperatures a study was made on electric conductivity and phase composition of LaNiO3-LaCoO system specimens, depending on conditions of heat treatment. It was established that LaCOsub(1-x)Nisub(x)Osub(3) solid solutions at x=O.3-0.5, stable in the air up to 1300-1400 deg C possess the- lowest resistance (1-3)x103 Ohmxcm
