Reactor vessel head adaper cracking
Description
Bugey 3 is a 3 loop unit which started commercial operation on February 79, and which has accumulated an estimate of 80,000 hours in operation. Bugey 3 reactor vessel has been manufactured by Fermate and is equipped with 53 CD/ROM penetrations shrunk fitted and welded to the inside surface of the vessel head. These penetrations are made of Inconel 600 material
