Search for high-energy neutrinos with Baikal NT-200 deep underwater Cherenkov detector

Description
The methodology for searching the events from the neutrino with the energy above 10 TeV in the Cherenkov deep-water detector NT-200 on the Baikal Sea is described. The results of the analysis of the experimental data, accumulated during the period from April 1998 up to February 1999 at the neutron telescope NT-200, and limitations on the value of the diffusion flux νe + ν-tildee within the energy range of 10 TeV ≤ Eν ≤ 104 TeV and in the ν-tildee flux in the area of the W-resonance are presented

Описана методика поиска событий от нейтрино с энергией выше 10 ТэВ в глубоководном черенковском детекторе НТ-200 на озере Байкал. Приводятся результаты анализа экспериментальных данных, накопленных за период с апреля 1998 г. по февраль 1999 г. на нейтринном телескопе НТ-200 и ограничения на величину диффузного потока νe + ν-tildee в энергетическом диапазоне 10 ТэВ ≤ Eν ≤ 104 ТэВ и на поток ν-tildee в области W-резонансаAdditional details
