Discussion on external man events of river shipping for nuclear power plant on river sites
Description
The Yangtze River, Famous Golden Waterway, is the China's first river: Although it provides large transport capacity, but potential dangerous goods accidents exist. When a nuclear power plant is situated on the bank of the river, dangerous goods transported on the river should be considered as a moving source. Therefore it should be researched to evaluate the TNT equivalent of the probably largest source of explosion, constrained explosion, no-constrained explosion as well as toxic gas. (author)
