Description

The effect of thermal annealing in constant electric field as well as TiO2 addition into initial material on electrophysical properties (volt-ampere characteristics (VAC) and temperature dependence of electrical resistance) of VK 94-1 ceramics. It is shown that in ceramics VK+2 mass.% TiO2 under thermal annealing in constant electric field occur jump-type increase of conductivity as well as decrease of VAC nonlinearity. These results are analogous to those prepared for oxide-zinc ceramics. Therefore the jump-type change of conductivity can be explained in terms of the theory of current by break-down of intergranular channels of conductivity or entire branches of infinite cluster of conductivity
