Theoretical consideration of dosimetry for photons
Description
The effects of the wall and the cavity size on the response of dosimeter for photon dosimetry were theoretically considered. The dependences of dosimeter response on the wall material, the wall thickness, the cavity dimensions and photon energy can be estimated on the basis of the equation. The photon dosimetry in water by air ionization chamber, LiF-TLD and Fricke dosimeter was concretely examined. (auth.)
