Cardiac blood-pool image dynamic phase analysis in bundle-branch block (BBB)
Description
The dynamic phase analysis with radionuclide gated cardiac blood-pool image of 119 cases are reported. Among them 30 are bundle-branch block (BBB); 24 suspected intraventricular block and 34 myocardial infarction and 31 healthy people. The value of dynamic phase analysis is evaluated especially for the diagnosis of BBB. The result showed that the sensitivity and specificity is very high, reaches 100% and 91.84% respectively. It is especially valuable for the diagnosis of intraventricular block which can not be confirmed by ECG
