Radiochemical investigation of chalcogenide films

Description
By solubility methods using 64Cu, derivatography, IR spectroscopy and thermodynamic calculation peculiarities of copper (2) sulfide formation, prepared by means of modification of precipitateS or fine layerS of copper (2) hydroxide on the carrier, have been studied. Two forms of sulfide, one of them being normal sulfide CuS, the other being determined as basic copper hydrosulfide Cu(OH)(SH), are found. On the basis of evaluation of solubility product of Cu(OH)(SH) its high sorptional activity as compared with CuS is shown
