Definition of material mechanical properties by the method of disc-like samples testing

Description

Modification of metals and alloys mechanical properties under irradiation caused a development of the methodic for parameters determination characterizing a material plasticity and strength by the way of small size samples testing. This is causing by the applying samples' size limitation under reactor and ion irradiation effect studies. Typical sample in the similar testings is disk with diameter 3 mm and thickness 0.25 mm. In this work the results connecting parameters of one-axis test and disk deformation are obtained
