Study of the system Sb2Se3-CdS
Description
By the methods of DTA, X-ray phase analysis and by measuring microhardness and determining microstructure of alloys the system Sb2Se3-CdS is investigated and its phase diagram is plotted. The system is quasibinary. One compound CdSb2Se3S is formed in it by peritectic reaction at 830 K and γ- and β-solid solutions are formed on the basis of Sb2Se3 and CdS respectively. Lattice parameters of the compound and solid solutions are calculated
