Investigation of the symmetry of the iron auto-interstitial from induced magnetic anisotropy

Description

The k1 and k2 coefficients of the energy magnetic anisotropy induced in an iron sample after electron irradiation at low temperature, and treatment under a magnetic field at 100K, were experimentally determined. An orthorhombic symmetry was deduced for the iron auto-interstitial
