An efficient and equilibrated energy policy
Description
During the budget debate, the French State Secretary of Industry has presented its policy to the members of the parliament. This paper reproduces the part of his talk concerning the French energy policy and dealing with: the energy independence (nuclear energy), the rational use of energy, the security of supplies, the evolutions of hydrocarbon prices, the environmental impacts of energy consumption, the public authorities, the transparency, the competition, the equilibrium of the energy policy and its adaptability to market evolutions.
