An injection-voltaic operated voltage generator

Description
Possibility of using the bipolar transistor operating in injection-voltaic mode as the operated stable voltage generator is investigated. Three-structural injection-voltaic transistor is created that simultaneously gives strengthening and has a low-current output resistance (a mode of the voltage generator). The operated voltage generator is developed on the basis of a bipolar transistor. (authors)
