High temperature vaporization and thermodynamics of the titanium oxides. XIV. Relative ionization cross-sections of Ti, TiO, and TiO2
Description
Usually, the largest uncertainties in values for thermodynamic quantities which are obtained from high temperature mass spectrometric vaporization studies arise from uncertainties in the electron impact cross-sections. The purpose of this work was to measure these relative cross-sections for Ti and TiO which are the principal species over the titanium oxides less rich in oxygen than Ti2O3
