Description

Palladium is produced as fission product in nuclear power reactors and several tons of the fission product palladium is available in spent fuel reprocessing waste. Among the various separation techniques, precipitation method involving dionimes (R2C2N2O2H2) are widely employed. Sodium salt of dimethyl glyoxine (Na-DMG) which is water soluble was used in the present studies
