Description
The present paper presents synthesis of PZT powders containing 5, 10 and 15 mole % Ce, Pr and Nd by Gel-Entrapment technique. AC Impedance spectroscopy has been utilized to study the electrical properties such as dielectric properties and electrical conductivity of the samples at different temperatures
