Preparation of tritium-labelled 5-methylcytidine

Description

The application was studied of the catalyzed exchange solution-gas (CESG) reaction to the labelling of 5-methylcytidine and precursors used during its preparation, viz. 5-methylcytosine (III) and some D-arabinose derivatives. The use of the method of catalytical dehalogenation for the labelling of III was tested. (author)
