Magnetic properties of pure and indium-doped Cd0.2Hg0.8Te single crystals at low temperatures

Description

Magnetic susceptibility (MS), electron spin resonance and mass spectrometry of monocrystals of Cd0.2Hg0.8Te solid solutions both pure and indium-doped ones are investigated. It is shown that MS of all nondoped samples is diamagnetic and practically does not depend on the temperature. In indium-doped crystals is found substantial paramagnetic contribution which is increased when lowering temperature
