Study of electrophysical parameters of thick superconducting films of niobium

Description
Niobium films obtained by condensation in 10-5 torr vacuum are studied. The dependences are obtained of transition temperature, resistivity and ratio of resistance at room temperature to residual resistance on film thickness, plating rate and substrate temperature. It is shown that niobium films 8000A thick at the substrate temperature higher than 673 K and plating rate more than 5A/sec have the electrophysical parameters close to massive material properties
