On the chemical and phase composition of Ni-W-P alloys deposited from solutions

Description
Chemical and phase compositions, as well as properties of Ni-W-P alloy films, chemically deposited from citrate-hypophosphite solutions of different compositions, have been studied. The maximum content of tungsten (mol.%) for optimal deposition conditions has been ascertained. The films prepared have been characterized by the Auger-spectroscopy and X-ray phase methods. 15 refs.; 3 figs
