Describes physical phenomena encountered at temperatures of a few Kelvin above absolute zero, in particular the physical properties of 3He, such as its heat capacity, magnetic spin susceptibility, Landau parameter, viscosity, and the difference in the transition temperatures of the 4He and 3He isotopes.
