Oscillation frequency dependence of heavy ion stopping power
Description
Dependence of stopping powers of flat-channel heavy ions on oscillation frequency in the channel (ions 127I with energies of 15-60 MeV in (111)Au) is obtained. It is shown that the ratio is conditioned by dynamics of ions flux in the U(x) crystal continuous potential, decreasing with energy growth, and the dependence of stopping power on x-(4) coordinate. 9 refs.; 2 figs
