Structure and electrical conductivity of (La0.9Sr0.1)[(Ga1-xCrx)0.8Mg0.2]O3-δ (x=0-0.35) solid solutions

Description
Perovskite-like ceramic solid solutions (La0.9Sr0.1)[(Ga1-xCrx)0.8Mg0.2]O3-δ (x=0-0.35) are synthesized by solid-phase synthesis in the range of 900-1100 Deg C. Phase composition and parameters of the structure were controlled by X-ray phase analysis. Parameters of structure, microstructure and electric conductive properties of ceramics are studied. Compression of lattice with the growth of x, increase of summary electric conductivity because of strengthening of electron component on the probable lowering of ionic component are the result of cationic substitutions
Abstract (Russian)
Методом твердофазного синтеза в интервале температур 900-1100 град С cинтезированы перовскитоподобные керамические твердые растворы (La0.9Sr0.1)[(Ga1-xCrx)0.8Mg0.2]O3-δ (x=0-0.35). Фазовый состав и параметры структуры контролировали методом рентгенофазового анализа. Изучены параметры структуры, микроструктура и электропроводящие свойства керамик. Результатом катионных замещений является сжатие решетки с ростом х, повышение суммарной электропроводности вследствие усиления электронной составляющей при предполагаемом снижении ионной составляющейAdditional details
