A comparison of the Livermore constrained and unconstrained n-p phase-shifts
Description
Potential descriptions of the two sets of experimental 1P1 neutron-proton phase-shifts are obtained and appear to show a preference for the constrained set. This is in agreement with theoretical expectations. No preference is shown by the potential descriptions of the 3D2 phase-shifts. (author)
