Description
From observations made in July 1984 at the European Southern Observatory and Interamerican Cerro Tololo Observatory, Neptune planet would have a ring or at least a ring fragment. Only star occultation techniques allow to see that. The technique is recalled and both of the observations and conditions in which they have been made are presented

Grace a des observations effectuees en juillet 1984 depuis l'Observatoire Europeen austral et l'Observatoire Interamericain de Cerro Tololo, il semble que la planete Neptune ait un anneau ou un fragment d'anneau. Seules les techniques d'occultation d'etoiles permettent de le distinguer.
