The absorption-edge method of characteristic filters in trace element analysis by charged particle induced X-rays
- 1. Inst. for Nuclear Phys. and Eng., Bucharest, Romania
Description
A proton induced X-ray quantitative analysis of trace elements not detectable in common experimental conditions due to the matrix elements was carried out by using the absorption-edge characteristic filters. The concentrations of scandium and chromium close to the strong peaks of neighbouring potassium and iron elements were measured in a mouse marrow sample. (Auth.)
