Determination of interference absorption coefficient of germanium in the case of π-polarization by means of synchrotron radiation

Description
The present work is devoted to experimental determination of interference absoprtion coefficient μsub(iπ) of germanium using synchrotron radiation of the Yerevan electron accelerator. The value of μsub(iπ) was determined using the measurements of the Laue diffractions intensity in both electron orbit and the perpendicular planes. The obtained value μsub(iπ)=30.1 cm-1 well agrees with the calculated one which is equal to 28.9 cm-1
