Description

Constructions of different monochromators and analyzers of X-ray beams made on silicon crystals are considered. Characteristics of the silicon monoblock monochromator with the working plane orientation (111) are given. This monochromator is capable to change the energy of synchrotron radiation in the range from 2 up to 40 keV. The particular attention is given to technological problems of fabrication of water-cooling monochromators, Schemes of the two-unit silicon water-cooling monochromator and the silicon monochromator with drilled channels for water-cooling are presented

Abstract (Russian)

Рассматриваются конструкции различных монохроматоров и анализаторов рентгеновских пучков, изготовленных на основе кристаллов кремния. Приводятся характеристики кремниевого моноблочного монохроматора с ориентацией рабочей поверхности (111), способного изменять энергию синхротронного излучения в диапазоне от 2 до 40 кэВ. Особое внимание уделено технологическим проблемам изготовления водоохлаждаемых монохроматов. Представлены схемы двухблочного кремниевого водоохлажденного монохроматора и кремниевого монохроматора с просверленными каналами для водяного охлаждения
